To recognize an Administrative/Professional Staff who has demonstrated exceptional skill and effort in the support of teaching and facilitating academic success in the classroom at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale or Springfield.

Successful candidates will each receive monetary award, certificate, watch and a prime parking space for 1 year. They will also be invited to the award presentation banquet along with their sponsors.
